 Children’s Liturgy Group

A children’s liturgy group has been in operation at Sunday morning Masses for over 25 years and has helped many children take part in and understand the Liturgy of the Word.  It has been run throughout that time by volunteers who lead the children in a modified reading of the Sunday gospel and then help them to take part in activities.

We welcome children between 3 years who have started nursery and primary school age.  We also welcome people to join the group of volunteers and help run this group – adults but also older teenagers who might be interested in helping.

We look forward to seeing you!

Parish Choir

The Parish Choir was formed by Fr. L. Kelly in the early 1970s and although now few in numbers, we are still managing to continue to sing the liturgy at alternate Sunday Masses.

You don’t have to be an ‘opera singer’ to join the choir new members will be made very welcome.

If you wish to join us, a member of the choir will be pleased to supply you with any information you require.

Music Group

A music group, also known as the folk group, leads the music for Mass on alternate Sundays.  Members of the group are from a wide age range.  No auditions are necessary.

We sing contemporary church music and have a number of musicians in addition to our singers.  Practices at church are on most Thursday evenings at 7:30 pm in the sacristy .
